It’s easy to collect GenoVive Reward Points just by interacting with GenoVive from now through December 15.  The customer who collects the most points during the contest period will win the iPad.

How to collect points:

• 100 Points:  Send us you weight loss story (1 paragraph) with before and after photos.  Click here to submit.
• 75 Points:  Refer a friend or family member to place a new order with GenoVive.  They must reference your name when ordering to receive points credit.
• 50 Points:  Order or reorder your meal program.  Click here to order.
• 30 Points:  Write a 2-3 sentence testimonial.  Click here to submit.
• 10 Points:  Like GenoVive on Facebook.

Eligibility and contest rules

•You must have placed an order with GenoVive in the past 3 months to participate. •Employees and affiliates of GenoVive are ineligible to participate. •You must earn a minimum of 100 points to win. •The participating GenoVive customer who earn the most points between November 5 and December 15 will win the iPad.  In case of a tie, a random drawing will be conducted. •All points must be collected by December 15, 2012. •The winner will be notified by phone on or about December 17, 2012. •All stories, comments, photos and videos submitted may be used in GenoVive marketing materials such as print, online and broadcast media.  By submitting these materials to GenoVive, you authorize GenoVive to use your name, story and photos for marketing purposes.
